The United States Army, Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-New Jersey) is issuing W15QKN-13-T-0058 for the purchase of.300 Winchester Magnum, 190 grain Hollow Point Boat Tail (HPBT), 300 Advance Armament Corps (AAC) BLACKOUT, 110 grain (or performance equivalent), and 300 ACC BLACKOUT, 125 grain (or performance equivalent) in various quantities and delivery dates as set forth in the attached solicitation document. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those current and in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular through 2001-27. See attached solicitation supplemental information for complete information. Closing date for receipt of responses is 4:00 PM, Eastern, 26 April 2013. Any response received after the due date and time will be considered untimely and may not be further considered for evaluation (FAR 15.208(b)). Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quote in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 as well as instructions contained within this solicitation. Offerors shall have a valid registration at SAM.gov. Also, please complete and submit provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items.
