- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a full and open competitive basis the following: 1) S-Band Antenna (Quantity “ 3 each). All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation with specifications will be issued on or about 4/23/13 and will be published on: www.fbo.gov.
