- Description: FAN, TUBEAXIAL Goodrich Corporation (3HRL4) P/N 42315-172 This is a Critical Application Item with configuration control. This is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 32 each. FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at origin. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR Part 12. The NSN is 4140-01-376-5749, PR 0047854498. Delivery requirement is 225 days. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DLA Aviation. This solicitation is subject to the Buy America Act--Free Trade Agreements-Balance of Payments Program. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://www.sam.gov/portal/public/sam.
