- Synopsis The 341st Contracting Squadron intends to issue a solicitation for a Base Guide with Telephone Directory/Map for Malmstrom AFB, MT. The requirement will be advertised for full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this solicitation is 511140, Directory and Mailing List Publishers. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, supervision, materials, and other items and services necessary to perform the duties and tasks necessary to provide a Base Guide with Telephone Directory/Map for Malmstrom AFB. OBJECTIVES: The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. The contractor shall publish the Base Guide with Telephone Directory/Map once a year and deliver to the designated location(s). All sales of advertisements in conjunction with the production and publishing of these items belong to the publisher and constitute full contractual consideration. The publisher shall look exclusively to such advertising sales for all publishing costs and profits, if any. Neither appropriated nor non-appropriated funds will be used to pay for this publication. The Statement of Work will further define the services required and performance standards. The period of performance will be a 2-year base period; plus three (3) 1-year option periods. The total contract period of performance will not exceed 5 years. The resultant solicitation will be a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) and a single award will be made. The RFP number will be FA4626-13-R-0010 and will be issued via FedBizOpps (FBO) as will any amendments to the solicitation. The anticipated date the RFP will be available is 09 May 13. Paper copies of the solicitation and amendments will not be mailed. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) ( https://www.sam.gov ) in order to be eligible for award. The single source of entry for all documentation pertaining to this acquisition will be posted on the government procurement website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All interested parties are responsible for checking this website to ensure they have the most current information (i.e., amendments issued, changes to the Statement of Work (SOW), etc.). The government contemplates full and open competition and the award of a no-cost contract as a result of the solicitation.
