- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), California State Office is issuing this combined synopsis solicitation under commercial items procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only request for quotations (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66, dated April 1, 2013. This RFQ is set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Standard Industrial Classifications System (NAICS) Code is 212319, Other Crushed and Broken Stone Mining and Quarrying with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 9390, Miscellaneous Fabricated Nonmetallic Materials. Bureau of Land Management, Barstow Field Office has a need for 1,892 tons of Class II Virgin Aggregate Road Base for Dumont delivered to Bureau of Land Management, Dumont Dunes Access Road approximately 32 miles north of Baker, CA in San Bernardino County via Belly Dump Truck only and must meet the requirements in the SOW.
