The Contracting Office on behalf of the National Archives and Records Administration, The George Bush Presidential Library and Museum intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of far 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and Not Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements to provide the following equipment and maintenance: (1) 25 Seat Xerox Scan to PC Desktop Professional 12 software. For existing Xerox copy machines used at the George W. Bush Presidential Library. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract.
