DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas is performing market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (service disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, hub zone, 8(a), small disadvantage business, woman-owned, small business, or large business) relative to NAICS 811219 (size standard $19M) that can provide all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, travel, and supervision for the calibration, preventive, and/or corrective maintenance services to all government-owned equipment listed below: NAME/DESCRIPTION OF EQUIPMENT: MANUFACTURER - GE Medical Systems EQUIPMENT - Anesthesia Machines and Compact Airway Modules MODEL - Aestiva/5 7900 SERIAL NUMBERS - AMRF02527, AMRF02528, AMRF02529, AMRF02530, AMRF02531, AMRF02532, AMRF02533, AMRF02534, AMRJ01129, AMRG02629, AMRK02202, AMRK02203, AMRL02416, AMRL02417, and AMRP00580. EQUIPMENT I.D. NUMBERS - 42865, 42866, 42867, 42868, 42869, 42870, 42871, 42872, 44688, 31230316, 31236521, 31236522, 123235, 123236, & 136118 ACQUISITION DATE - Nov 2002, Sep 2006, Dec 2007, Apr. 2010 Interested companies should submit an email to kieu.dinh@va.gov outlining their company's capability. Firms should provide their business size status in accordance with the small business administration website (www.sba.gov) for the above referenced NAICS code they fall within (i.e. small businesses, 8(a) firms, HUBZones, small disabled veteran owned businesses, etc.).
