Description

This is a sources sought notice for information and acquisition planning purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposals and a formal solicitation is not available at this time. The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) is seeking small business concerns that can provide one (1) reconditioned DONALDSON-TORIT Environmental Control Booth dust collection system Model: ECB-4 and all panels required to construct new powder coating booth. Reconditioned DONALDSON-TORIT Environmental Control Booth dust collection system Model: ECB-4 Systems must include the following: (4) ECB Power Modules (total cfm rating: 18,000 cfm); (24) New AirMax Premium Media Cartridge Filters-Fire Retardant; (4) 5 HP Power pack blowers; (4) Louvered Inlet Doors; (8) Dust drawers for collected material; (1) Control panel, 460V 3 phase; (12) Dust proof lights; light fixtures in ceiling; automatic pulse clean system with differential pressure gauge and sequencing timer board; reconditioned units must be cleaned, cycled, and tested; and must have new filters installed. Booth panels requirements: Dimensions: 15 � wide x 22.5 � Long x 10 � Tall; (4) Wall upper panels 24 � x 90 �; (2) Wall panels 45 x 96; (6) Wall panels are 45 x 120"; (8) Roof panels 135" x 45"; (4) Structural supports; (2) Roof trusses; all booth panels must have bolt flanges on all 4 sides; and 30 � of vinyl strips. Further, the contractor shall prepare and submit all documents, records and manuals that will be specified in the resultant solicitation. For a detailed description of requirement, see attached Statement of Work. SWRMC is contemplating award of firm-fixed price type contract for the Statement of Work summarized above. The applicable NAICS code is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. Interested small business concerns should submit a capabilities statement (not to exceed five pages) that demonstrates their capability to perform the services described herein. The capabilities statement shall include company name, address, small business status (small, small disadvantaged, women-owned, HUBzone, veteran-owned, or service-disabled veteran-owned), [more than one category may be selected as applicable] and points of contact (POC) information for the interested firm. The capabilities statement should identify, by the contract number, past or current contracts and/or subcontracts that were awarded to your firm, period of performance, contract type, contract amount, a description of the relevant corporate experience gained, and a point of contact for the customer/recipient of the work performed. The Government will evaluate each respondent �s capabilities statement to determine if the respondent has the requisite experience and capability to complete the requirements described herein.
