- Sole Source Justification dated 23 April 2013 TO PROCURE: application and sitting fee for the 30 Residents in Aerospace Medicine to take the Residency Pathway Examination. The requirement is for 30 Residents in Aerospace Medicine (RAMS). • 19 Aerospace Medicine Residents • 9 Occupational Medicine Residents • 2 General Preventative Medicine Residents The NAICS Code for this requirement is 611710 "Educational Support Services" with a size standard of $7.0M gross receipts. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. The proposed source is American Board of Preventive Medicine Incorporated, 111 W Jackson Blvd Ste 1110, Chicago, IL 60604-3880. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all capabilities packages received within the response date of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any submitted capabilities package must demonstrate the product's ability to meet the minimum specifications listed above. Packages must be received no later than 3:00 P.M. (EST), 3 May 2013. Only capabilities packages received by this date will be considered.
