- DESCRIPTION: NSN 2510-01-563-8322 - WINDOW, VEHICULAR being bought in accordance with AM General LLC (34623), P/N 6030412. Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item with 15 days of this notice. The required quantity is 9 each; to be shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002 and 908 each to be shipped to (W62G2T) Tracy, CA 95304-5000. Total quantity is 917 each with a 50% option for an additional 459 each. FOB destination and inspection/acceptance at destination is required. This is a UNRESTRICED solicitation and is not set-aside for small business. This solicitation will be available at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about 05/10/2013. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. The required delivery for 917 each is 140 days; the 50% option if exercised will have a delivery of 459 each 30 days thereafter. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
