This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Answers are anticipated to be posted by 05/02/2013 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. This is a Request for Quotation. RFQ number: HSFE70-13-Q-0050 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-66.
