- NSN 1560-01-152-6477; UNRESTRICTED procurement utilizing other than full and open competition. SUPPORT, STRUCTURAL, Critical Safety Item (CSI); Configuration Control Applies. PR quantity is 91 pieces. FOB: Origin to Stock Location; Origin Inspection; Requested Delivery is 341 DARO. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; The Boeing Company, P/N 65C20586-502, is an approved source for this item. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302, Sole Source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. This is a letter RFP. A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). The solicitation issue date is May 10, 2013.
