DLA Training Knowledge Opportunities (TKO) Seminar, May 14-15, 2013 DLA Training Knowledge Opportunities (TKO) Seminar, May 14-15, 2013 Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime, located in Columbus, Ohio will be holding a two day Training Knowledge Opportunities (TKO) Seminar, March 14-15, 2013. The TKO Seminar is an introduction for vendor categories on how to start doing business with DLA. Subject matter experts will inform vendors how to find open solicitations, how to submit a quote through the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS), quoting process, the procedures for viewing and downloading drawings, and how to use Wide Area Workflow (WWAF) to get paid, etc. Sign up at: http://www.landandmaritime.dla.mil/News/Events/tko/default.aspx A CD of the presentations will be provided to each contractor upon arrival.
