- Services. The Contractor shall provide the necessary services to support Fires Battle Lab (FBL) in performing Army and Joint directed experimentation, demonstrations, analysis and supporting Institutional training. The contractor shall provide a skilled workforce in support of establishment of the technical network and simulations environment to support Fires Battle Lab experiments, demonstration, analysis and training. Support to include: Joint Tactical Air Picture (JTAP), Global Defender Exercise (GDEX), Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS), ARCIC Experimentation Campaign, Army Expeditionary Warrior Experiment (AEWE), Electric Fires, and Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability-Entity Resolution Federation (JLCCTC-ERF). North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 541712 is applicable to this acquisition. The applicable size standard is $30 million. The Government will issue a 100% set-aside for small business Request for Proposal (RFP). Contract award will be made on the basis of Best Value/ Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. The entire solicitation package will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ Requests for copies of the solicitation package by any other means will not be honored. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website for the release of the solicitation package or subsequent solicitation amendments. The RFP will be issued on the forthcoming weeks. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered. Pursuant to FAR 52.204-99, System for Award Management Registration (Deviation), prospective contractors shall be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Contractors are encouraged to obtain further information on SAM at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/. This announcement does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.
