- Sole Source Justification The Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate, Rome NY intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with FARO Technologies, Inc., 250 Technology Park, Lake Mary, FL 32746 to provide one (1) FARO Laser Tracker Vantage; one (1) SAE Target Tooling Kit for Laser Trackers; two (2) Lightweight Mandrel; one (1) 6" Hidden Surface Bar; one (1) 1.5" Heavy Duty Break Resistant SMR; two (2) Standard Warranty. Though this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, information received within seven (7) days after the publication of the solicitation will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The NAICS code is 334513.
