Description

It is the intent of the Government to award an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract for Catheters used in Radiology area at the DVA Medical Center, Hwy 6 West, Iowa City, IA 52246. The contract period shall be from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014 with the Government having the option to exercise four one year renewal periods. Ordering requests will be made by the COTR on an as-needed basis. Contract shall include the following item: Balloon Catheters Guide coronary Catheters, Guire Wire Catheters in various sizes and Rotoblator. NAICS code for this procurement is 339112, size standard is 500 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit a quote. The issue date will be April 30, 2013. All quotes must be received by 4:30 PM CST, May 17, 2013, and will be considered by the Government. Point of contact is Gary L. Rogers at 319-339-7158.
