Description

THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY Scope of Work:The Gym at Miami Job Corps Center has four HVAC units that service various zones within the Gym. The units are RTU-E-3 that is a 12.5 ton unit, the E-4 that 5 ton unit, the E-5 that us 15 ton unit and the E-6 which is 15 ton unit. The units have met their life expectancy band and are in need of replacement. Specific Requirements: Prior to submitting a bid, the prospective bidder must visit the site and become thoroughly familiar with all pertinent condition that are included in the full scope of work, The prospective bidder must take such steps as may be necessary to ascertain the nature and condition of the work of the work, and the general and local conditions which can affect the difficulty of cost of successfully performing the work. A Pre-Bid Walk Thru will be conducted at the project site on Wednesday at May 15, 2013 at 9AM (please be prompt) : Miami Job Corps Center-Multi-Purpose Room 3050 NW 183rd St Miami Gardens, FL 33056 At the Pre-Bid Walk Thru potential bidders will receive a bid package that will list the full scope of the work, information about the Center, and vital information about the bidding process. Please note this project is contingent on obtaining the necessary funding.
