- Description
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program National Research Database Feasibility Study U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Service, Contract Management Division, Policy Branch, is conducting a market survey to determine the availability and technical capability of qualified small businesses capable of providing a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program National Research Database Feasibility Study. The objectives of this feasibility study are to understand the technological, policy, and cost requirements of creating a system that could capture and store State SNAP caseload data; identify barriers to State cooperation and ways to overcome those barriers; identify potential risks associated with data quality, cost, privacy, confidentiality and potential abuses; and provide options for delivering all data and a representative sample from each State Agency. Small Business Concerns 1.Small businesses are highly encouraged to submit documentation as required by the sources sought. 2.Small business should identify the 50% or more of the work that they will accomplish along with their projected teaming arrangements (GSA schedule), joint venture, or subcontracting arrangements. 3.Small business should identify concerns they have with the sources sought which would prevent them from proposing on the project. 4.Do not send in generic capability statements; address the specifics of the request.
