- Amendment 0001 was created for this solicitation # SPRAL1-13-R-0002 in order to add CLIN 0001 & CLIN 0002 and combine solicitations# SPRAL1-13-R-0002 (PR: 10000002867) and SPRAL1-13-R-0010 (PR: 1000005781). Both solicitations are for the same NSN. Total new quantity after Amendment 0001 is 87 pieces to be delivered to SW3121 or Albany, GA. In addition, due to system limitations, the previous solicitation number, SPRAL1-13-R-0002 and SPRAL1-13-R-0010 had to be cancelled and a new solicitation number given because of the additional CLINs. The new solicitation number will be, SPRAL1-13-R-0069. The reason for the new solicitation number is because the procurement writing system does not allow for increasing of quantities but instead adding additional lines.
