- 2013090016 - Price Proposal Form - Rev 1 2013090016 Statement of Work 2013090016 Solicitation Amendment 02 URS, a prime contractor of the U.S. Government, has a requirement for ISCSI Storage with onsite installation, set up and configuration of hardware and software, maintenance, and customer support. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and this announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 2013090016. Contract Type : Firm Fixed Price. Minimum Performance Requirements : Vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to provide installation, configuration and setup of an ISCSI Storage System with 20TB usable space. 1. ISCSI Storage with 20TB usable space - Storage Appliance - Dual Controller 22TB Raw Capacity * Xeon e5620 Processors 48 GB memory 600 GB SSD drive • Solution should support iSCSI, CIFS and NFS out of the box with the ability to add FC if needed down the road. • System should leverage a mix of SSD and Cache in addition to spinning disk to drive performance and capacity and be able to support 20,000 iops or more. • System must have In-Line De-Duplication and Compression capabilities. • System must include all software features including snapshots and replication. 2. Onsite Installation - setup and configuration of hardware and software in accordance with Statement of Work. 3. 1 year Storage Appliance Maintenance, NBD Parts. 4. VMWare vSphere v.5.0 Software with license for two processors. 5. VMWare VSphere V5 one year support - phone support with updates. No used/refurbished parts will be accepted. Place of Performance : Installation, setup and configuration shall be performed at: URS Corporation Pine Bluff Chemical Demilitarization Facility Bldg. 57-210 Pine Bluff Arsenal Pine Bluff, Arkansas 71602 Basis of Award : URS intends to make an award resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror with the lowest price determined technically acceptable. Technical acceptability will be determined by review of information submitted by the offeror which shall provide sufficient technical information necessary to conclusively determine that the offered products and services meet the technical requirements as outlined above. Offerors shall specifically address each of the minimum performance requirements stated above to demonstrate that the proposal meets the technical requirements. Period of Performance All installation, setup and configuration must take place within thirty (30) days of award. Required proposal submittals : A. Completed Price Proposal Form - Rev 1 with sufficient technical information necessary to conclusively determine that the offered products and services meet the technical requirements as outlined above. (Pricing must be all inclusive with the exception of taxes). B. Completed and Signed Representations and Certifications C. Completed Safety Evaluation Form D. Sample Certificate of Insurance **Proposals submitted that do not contain ALL submittal requirements identified above will be considered non-responsive. Proposal Due Date : Proposals must be received on or before May 2, 2013 at 3:00 p.m., Central Standard Time. The original proposal must be signed by a representative of the Offeror authorized to legally bind the company. Proposals may be submitted via Express mail or US Postal Service. They may also be submitted by fax at 870-541-6999 or email to sandra.morgan@urs.com and kathy.shrontz@urs.com.
