Description

Questions and Answers Amendment 01 is issued to include Questions and Answers. Questions and Answers ID40130072 April 29, 2013 Is the Government requiring the unit with the following specifications? AltaSec KG-250, 5 year warranty -- Small form factor, 100 Mbps Foreign Interoperable Inline Network Encryptor, - Full Duplex, HAIPE®IS compliant - Foreign Interoperability (FI) release configured as A/B - Multi-security level support with up to 3 levels of INE nesting - FIREFLY/PPK, Multi-universal Key and EKMS compatible - No additional management software required INCLUDES: - Training for 2 students within 90 days of delivery with each order - Hardware & Software warranty for five years, including 7/24 help desk service - ViaSat INE (VINE) manager to monitor and configure any of KG-250, KG-250M, KG- 250X, IPS-250 and KG-255 - External Power supply (VCD-017746-000X). Government Response: The Government has no requirement for the extra specifications. 2) Is the Government requiring bidding companies to have a GSA Contract for the unit. Government Response: This is an open market requirement and a GSA Contract is not required.
