Attachment B - Technical Evaluation Attachment A - Soliciation Document Notice and Instructions to Offerors This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars. The 66 Force Support Squadron (66FSS) is requesting for Concessionaires to provide catering, breakfast/lunch food kiosk and bar food service to authorized patrons at assigned space at the Minuteman Commons, Hanscom AFB. Please send proposals to paul.capps@hanscom.af.mil NO LATER THAN 12:00 pm EST, Wednesday 15 March 2013. If you have any questions regarding this solicitation, please contact Lt Paul Capps at paul.capps@hanscom.af.mil. All questions are due NO LATER THAN 12:00 pm EST, Friday 22 March 2013. A site visit is available upon request at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA on Thursday 9 May 2013 at 1:00 pm EST. Requests must be made NO LATER THAN 1:00 pm EST, Tuesday 7May 2013, and provide Attendee(s) name(s), Date of Birth, Company name, and Telephone number.
