- Sources sought for F-16 Wing Pylon Rib Repair The Hill AFB F-16 System Program Office has interest and is seeking external sources with the demonstrated expertise and experience in cold working technology for a contract to continue cold expanded split sleeve bushing repairs on wing pylon rib attach points on United States Air Force (USAF) as well as European Partner Air Force and Foreign Military F-16s at various locations throughout the world.
