- Item Description of all NSNs This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Only offers from SDVOSB concerns will be considered. Solicitation Number SPE4A613R0979. This competitive initiative is for the set-up of firm fixed-price Indefinite Quantity Type contracts with a base of three years and one two-year option period. There are a total of 48 NSNs contained in this initiative and evaluation will be line-by-line. NSNs are within the Federal Supply Class 3120. The solicitation will cite the applicable minimum, estimated, and maximum quantities per delivery order for each NSN. A total of twelve NSNs have defined surge requirements. One or more NSNs may have First Article Testing requirements. Terms are FOB Destination and Inspection and Acceptance as required per individual NSN requirements. Full Product Item Description text is in an attachment accompanying this announcement. Packaging requirements will vary by NSN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation date is anticipated to be May 21, 2013. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
