- This is a notice to award on a sole source basis to CPP, Inc of Mountain View CA. for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Assessment, Form M for the U.S. Army War College, Carlisle Pennsylvania. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541612. This procurement will be processed as other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The sole source determination is based upon the fact that CPP, Inc is copyright holder of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Assessment, Form M and it is a violation of the CPP license agreement to resell the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Assessment, Form M without a value added service. The U.S. Army War College is managed by trained and certified personnel to administer and interpret the results of the MBTI assessment. There is no need for outside consulting, administration or interpretation. This is neither a Request for Quotation nor an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Interested persons may identify their interest and ability to respond to this requirement. A determination not to compete this procurement based on a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received by 01 May 2013. If no affirmed written responses are received by the due date indicating that a comparable source exists, an order will be placed with CPP, Inc., for the requirement above.
