- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) on behalf of Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dam Neck intends to procure on a sole source basis, radar target extractor equipment from Barco. Barco is located at 11101 Trade Center Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670. The equipment to be provided are eighteen (18) each PMC Target Extractor; P/N 00-0404000-00, one (1) lot of raw materials. The Barco PMC Target Extractor, part number 00-0404000-00, has been reviewed and tested by PEO IWS 10 and has had sustainment planning and logistical documentation performed. This part is an integral part of the established baseline. Selecting an alternate part would adversely impact the program in terms of both schedule and budget. Thus, Barco is the only source, which currently has the capability to produce the required items. A delivery date of NLT 30 June 2013 is required. A Firm Fixed Priced contract will be issued. All items are to be priced FOB Destination of Naval Surface Warfare Center Dam Neck, Virginia Beach, VA 23461. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511 with a size standard of 750 employees. Barco is a large business under NAICS Code 334111.
