Description

The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Aviation at Warner Robins, will issue a noncompetitive firm-fixed price acquisition to Thomas Instrument Inc, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements. This action is to establish a five year Indefinite Delivery Contract to acquire replenishment spare parts for the C-5 aircraft. The acquisition is for the purchase of up to 110 each Dual Power Winch, NSN 1680-01-593-5680, p/n: 200413780-10 applicable to multiple C-5 platforms, including the A, B, C, and M model aircraft for a Basic year and 4 annual option periods. The required delivery schedule is 210 days after receipt of order. No paper copies will be mailed. A Source Approval Requirements (SAR) package must be submitted through the cognizant C-5 Engineer, AFLCMC/WLSEAB. Robins AFB, GA. 31098 for any other interested offerors, other than the pre-qualified source, to be considered for qualification. All potential offerors should contact the buyer identified above for additional information and to communicate concerns, if any concerning this acquisition. See NOTES 22 and 23.
