- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Passport Business Suite requirement includes both asset and stock/inventory management programs, which require single mobile computer license for both Passport Business Suite asset and stock/inventory management software. Using Passport Business Suite, you can import data from text,.csv or excel file into Passport inventory and Asset Systems. Another aspect of the requirement for Passport Business Suite (Asset and Stock/Inventory) Software includes installation, such as assistance with database setup, assistance with security and firewall set up, assistance with mobile devices set up, assistance with desktop application, assistance with scanner and desktop application connection to the database. Web-Based Training for Passport Business Suite (Asset and Stock/Inventory) Software, which includes infrastructure setup training, mobile devices training, desktop application training. Gold Annual Support Plan for Passport Business Suite (Asset and Stock/Inventory) Software, which includes unlimited annual incidents via telephone, unlimited annual incidents on-line, and unlimited updates. *Revision changes highlighted in yellow
