- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA)intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement(BOA)N00024-11-G-2121, with Huntington Ingalls Inc., (4101 Washington Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607-2770)to provide LEVEL II NON-DESTRUCTIVE TEST(NDT)in support of efforts onboard the USS JOHN C STENNIS (CVN-74). This order will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 23049(C)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This announcement is for information purposes only. This procurement addresses the NDT requirements for CVN ship repair facilitation. Interested firms are requested to submit a capability statement outlining their ability to meet or exceed this potential requirement no later than 12:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time), 10 May 2013, stating their business size, as well as a point of contact. Interested parties should send all capability statements via email to r.napier@navy.mil. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS.
