- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT as sole source procurement to NVS CORPORATE SERVICES for Park Cleaning Services at Benbrook Lake located adjacent to the city limits of the City of Benbrook, Tarrant County, Texas. Contractor is to provide all contract work forces and equipment required to perform Cleaning Services at Benbrook Lake. Contractor's work and responsibility shall include, but not be limited to, all job planning, programming, scheduling, administration, inspection, and management necessary to accomplish the required Cleaning services. Contractor shall assure that all work is accomplished in accordance with the contract specifications, all applicable laws, municipal codes, regulations and/or written directives issued by the Contracting Officer. Interested companies shall respond to this notice by providing the following information: 1) Company Name, 2) Address, 3) Point of Contact information with telephone number and email address, 4) Cage Code, 5) Capabilities information/statement showing that the company has the ability to fulfill the Government requirement as described herein. The contractor shall be able to comply with all requirements described herein to be considered capable. This is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Firms intending to provide submittals must submit detailed information indicating their ability to meet the Government's requirements. All inquiries must be received by 1 PM CST on May 14, 2013. RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SHALL BE quote mark EMAILED ONLY, quote mark to kevin.s.anderson2@usace.army.mil, No fax, traditional mail, or hand carry submissions shall be accepted.
