- WAGE DETERMINATION Performance Work Statement Solicitation Document SF1449 (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. (ii) This solicitation, FA4460-13-T-0015, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66 (Effective 01 Apr 13). (iv) THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 811219 and the small business size standard is $19 million. (v-vi) Hydrostatic Cylinder Testing is requested in solicitation FA4460-13-T-0015. Refer to attached SF 1449 Solicitation FA4460-13-T-0015 schedule for Contract Line Item (CLIN) details. Insert cost per unit and total cost for each item on Attachment 1 (Solicitation). (vii) The contractor shall begin work immediately after contract effective date. FOB: Destination for delivery to Little Rock AFB, AR 72099. (viii-xiii) The provision and clauses listed in the attached SF 1449 Solicitation No. FA4460-13-T-0015 applies to this acquisition. The Government reserves the right to award on an all or none basis. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at https://www.sam.gov in order to be considered for award. It is recommended that responding to offerors register on ORCA (http://orca.bpn.gov)/ ensure ORCA is current. (xiv) Not applicable (xv) Quotes are required to be received at the 19th Contracting Squadron NO LATER THAN 4:30 PM, CST, SUNDAY 5 MAY 2013.
