- Proposal Breakdown Statement of Work Combo Synopsis/Solicitation Item Description 0001 Military Marriage Retreat Dates Requested: July 12-14 or July 27-29 Contractor shall provide meals, lodging, activities, and meeting space in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Total of 40 people (20 couples). Price shall include the following (Please include detailed breakdown of what your proposal entails): Meals: The contractor shall provide 5 meals for each participant: 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, and 2 dinners. Work with POC on meal selection. Example: full hot breakfast buffets, buffet lunch, and dinner buffets. All shall include vegetarian and non vegetarian items and vegan or other dietary needs as specified. Proposals shall include proposed food selections. Lodging: : Each lodging room must have a minimum of one queen-sized bed, and air conditioning. The lodging rooms will be available for check-in at 3:00pm on the first day of each retreat and check-out will be at 1:00pm on the last day of each retreat. 20 rooms needed. Activities: The contractor shall provide for daily use of activities to include the following: scenic lifts, pool or hot tub, and onsite fitness center. Meeting Space: The contractor shall provide one meeting room with audiovisual support, tables and chairs (set up to customer's needs) to support the participants of the retreat from 3:00PM till 10:00PM on Friday; 07:00am till 12:00pm on Saturday; and 8:00am till 12:00pm on Sunday. The audiovisual support will include power cords, projection screens, audio support, easels and onsite technical support. Total of 24 people. Price shall include the following (Please include detailed breakdown of what your proposal entails): Meals: The contractor shall provide 5 meals for each participant: 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, and 2 dinners. Work with POC on meal selection. Example: full hot breakfast buffets, buffet lunch, and dinner buffets. All shall include vegetarian and non vegetarian items and vegan or other dietary needs as specified. Proposals shall include proposed food selections. Lodging: Each lodging room must have a minimum of two full-sized beds, and have air conditioning. The lodging rooms will be available for check-in at 3:00pm on the first day of each retreat and check-out will be at 1:00pm on the last day of each retreat. 12 rooms needed. Activities: The contractor shall provide for daily use of activities to include the following: zip lines, down-hill mountain biking, onsite fitness center, and pool or hot tub. Meeting Space: The contractor shall provide one meeting room with audiovisual support, tables and chairs (set up to customer's needs) to support the participants of the retreat from 3:00PM till 10:00PM on Friday; 07:00am till 12:00pm on Saturday; and 8:00am till 12:00pm on Sunday.
