- Responses to questions The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is committed to engaging our industry partners in the formative stages of our requirements for the operation, maintenance, and enhancements of the Comprehensive Human Resources Integration System (CHRIS). This outreach to industry is on behalf the Office of the Chief People Officer and intended to identify interested vendors' capabilities and socio-economic status, transition requirements and documentation required to increase vendor competition, and recommended business practices for mitigating risks and overcoming challenges inherent in maintaining and enhancing a legacy enterprise human resource system. GSA's inquiry is preliminary, but does look forward to seeing a solution and approach your company might propose.
