Description

RFQ PACKAGE Replacement of the medical air manifold at the Hopi Health Care Center located in Polacca, Arizona. Existing manifold make: Nellcor Puritan Bennett, Part # 106082, Model BM-2-6-5, Serial 8286. Provide at least 36 inches of clear space in front of the manifold for maintenance. The medical air system provides compressed medical air to the hospital. The medical air manifold and material shall be in accordance with NFPA 99 2005 and the Joint Commission. The medical air manifold shall be labeled as required by NFPA 99. Technician must be skilled and qualified in medical gas equipment. Provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, travel, etc. required to complete the manifold replacement. Clean the interior services of all parts of the medical air syste, that are exposed during the manifold replacement in accordance with industry practices, AHA recommendations, and NFPA 99. Test the new parts of the system in accordance with NFPA requirements. SEE FULL DETAILS IN SCOPE OF WORK. SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED FOR MAY 15, 2013 AT 1:00 PM
