- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this task is to produce gram quantities of a monoclonal antibody (mAb) utilizing an established CHO-DG44 adherent adapted eukaryotic cell line. Antibodies produced from this request will be used in nonhuman primate (NHP) therapeutic testing against infectious agents. We require the production and purification of monoclonal antibodies under quality conditions as listed in the deliverables section utilizing the pre-constructed CHO-DG44 cell line which will be provided by US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) as cryopreserved cell aliquot.Please see the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.
