- Revised SOW, after site visit Q&As from site visit Provide and install 110-ton repalcement cooling tower and condenser water piper; Alternate: Provide and install 75-ton replacement cooling tower; Option item one: automated switching plate-and-frame heat exchanger; Option item two: re-configure existing condenser water and chilled water pumping systems to be variable flow (design-build). All specifications, photos, clauses, provisions, and wage determinations will be posted no later than 18 April 2013. The site visit is THURSDAY, April 25, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. Contact Bill Kennedy 520-225-8679 for directions. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation is posted. The quote due date is extended until May 8, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific time. Electronically submitted quotes is acceptable. A list of site visit attendees is posted. Q&As from the site visit will be posted shortly. The Q&As from the site visit and the revised Statement of Work are posted today, May 1, 2013.
