- ***Release of DRAFT RFP**** Attached with this update you will find the Draft RFP for the TDSSe effort. This draft version is being released for early industry involvement. Please take notice of the following: •1) 1. A Question List document comprised of ALL received questions from the draft release will be posted and updated as necessary on this site. The Government will make every effort to answer the questions as soon as possible, and post responses within the same Question List document. •2) 2. The Government asks that interested parties limit questions to those pertaining to source selection procedures/requirements, terms and conditions, and contract requirements. Please hold inquires concerning the data package that will be used for the source selection. Please send questions via email with the subject line "TDSSe Draft Release Questions" to all of the following: LaToya Brown at latoya.brown@robins.af.mil Levi Lord at levi.lord@robins.af.mil Todd Heaton at todd.heaton@robins.af.mil •3) 3. A clause review will be conducted prior to official RFP release. Clauses will be added/removed as needed prior to official RFP release. •4) 4. The Government intends to allow 30 calendar days before releasing the official RFP. Offical RFP will be FA8530-13-R-2A001. Begining May 2nd 2013 documents for TDSSe will begin to be posted under this solicitation number, dual posting will occur to allow for transition. 6. All contents of this package shall be considered in DRAFT form, regardless if the document is marked DRAFT or is not marked DRAFT. The contents of this package shall NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR ANY FORMAL SUBMISSION TO THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
