- White Sands Missile Range Contracting Office, WSMR NM intends to award a sole source, award to Fluke Electronics Corporation, 6920 Seaway Blvd, Everett, WA 98203-5829. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract set forth in federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13.106-1 (b)(1), which states; when soliciting from a single source for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., brand name...). This requirement is for the repair of one(1) Fluke Signal Generator, model: 9640A-LPN. The contractor shall provide an evaluation, calibration and return the device to its original manufacture performance specifications. The contractor shall furnish all parts, components, material, documentation and necessary technical service for the repair. The proposed contract action is for supplies or a service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiates with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement prior to May 3, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. MST. Interested parties should contact dennis.g.donaldson.civ@mail.mil no later than May 3, 2013 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation package will be issued. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notice to the Contracting Officer by may 3, 2013. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government will only affect future competition decisions.
