Description
Local Area Travel Policy and Definitions for Hill Air Force Base. Performance of Work Statement Hill AFB AEF Family Resiliency Retreats Objectives: Provide support services for Chaplain-led programs to assist active duty members of the Armed Forces and their immediate family members in building and maintaining a strong family structure. The support services include food, lodging, childcare, supplies, fees, and training materials for military members and their families while participating in the retreats. Our goal is to provide targeted pre-deployment retreats that will help to sustain families through times of separation. DELIVERABLES: -Meeting Facilities All retreat attendees must be able to see, hear, and interact with guest speakers. -Large Group Meeting Facilities. The Contractor shall provide seating for as many as 160 participants for three (3) resiliency sessions per retreat weekend. -Small Group Meeting Facilities The Contractor shall provide seating for as many as 50 people for two (2) simultaneous small group breakout sessions. -Audio/visual equipment and hookups in facility -Catering Meals for Retreat Attendees and Volunteers. The Contractor shall provide two breakfasts, one lunch, and two dinners for as many as 160 attendees and 40 Volunteers for each retreat. Options may include outdoor dining or box lunches. -Lodging Facilities The Contractor shall provide Lodging for as many as 160 retreat attendees, 40 staff and retreat volunteers. Lodging will be condominiums and or homes. Homes and condominiums will have shared living, dining, and common areas. Homes and condominiums will have a minimum of two private bedrooms. -Worship Facilities The Contractor will provide a facility and seating for as many as 100 people per retreat for two Sunday morning worship services. -Hiking The Contractor will provide availability and or access to hiking trails within 30 driving minutes from the large meeting facility location. -Mountain Biking Provide equipment and availability to a biking area and or trails within 30 driving minutes from the large meeting facility location. -Rock Wall, Climbing, portable Provide equipment and access to a portable rock climbing wall located within 10 driving minutes from the large meeting facility location. -Canoeing Provide equipment, availability, and or access to a lake within 30 minutes from the large meeting facility location.
