- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source due to a unique capability provided, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. The contractor shall provide the facility, equipment and manpower to conduct the Accelerated Aging Test in accordance with the attached quote mark Accelerated Degradation Test (ADT) Plan for PGK quote mark. The test shall be conducted at the PGK Forebody Assembly level. The objective is to evaluate the long term storage on the PGK and to determine whether the PGK meets its 20 years design shelf life.
