- This future opportunity notice is to advise industry that the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic intends to issue a Request for Proposal for the procurement of a wide range of Commercial-of-the-Shelf (COTS) Private Branch Exchange (PBX), Routers, Switches and related equipment and accessories. The subject procurement will be solicited as a 100% 8(a) competitive procurement. The Government intends to make multiple awards of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Firm-Fixed Price type contract. The Government estimate for this effort is $990M. The period of performance will be a base year with four (4) one-year option periods. This is a follow-on procurement. The applicable NAICS code for this effort will be 334210, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. It is anticipated that the solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available on or about 24 October 2013, on the SPAWAR Business Opportunity Website located at: https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil. A draft PWS is hereby posted for information purposes. This draft document is for informational purposes only and shall not be construed as the final version of this document. This is not a solicitation announcement or a request for proposals.
