- OMC Gym Memberships This is a sources sought notice for the requirement for a fitness facility. This requirement was originally awarded under contract HQ0034-12-P-0075. The current contract seeks a fitness facility for 55 Military personnel. The facility or location must be within a 1.5 mile radius of the defined work location. 8000 West Park Drive, McLean, VA. Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) is now seeking a fitness facility for an additional 35 Military personnel who are located at 8000 West Park Drive, McLean, VA. This sources sought notice is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of WHS/AD market research. As part of its market research, WHS/AD is issuing this sources sought notice to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested small business contractors capable of providing a fitness facility or location within a 1.5 mile radius of 8000 West Park Drive, McLean, VA as further described in the attached work statement. The Government may use the responses from this sources sought notice for information and planning purposes. Responses must reference the solicitation number HQ0034-13-T-0062 and include the following information: 1. Name and address of firm, 2. Type of business (i.e. small business, small disadvantaged, 8(a) certified; HubZone, woman-owned small business, disabled veteran owned business, etc.). 3. DUNS number, 4. NAICS codes, 5. Contractor's capabilities statement which provides the information stated in the SOW. SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES AND IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT AND ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. RESPONDENTS WILL NOT BE NOTIFIED OF THESE RESULTS OF THE EVALUATION. ALL INFORMATION SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT MUST ARRIVE ON OR BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE.
