- This solicitation covers a 100% small business set-aside acquisition of Coveralls, Women's, Tan. NSN 8410-01-600-9242 (s). The quantity is 800. Applicable specification is PD 99-04 dated 28 April 2003 with pattern dated 28 February 2013. Production lead-time is 180 days, with 2 monthly deliveries to New Cumberland, PA and Austin, TX, FOB Destination.
