- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 1 NSN. The FSCs of this requirement is 4810. An Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract will have three base periods. The total duration shall not exceed 3 years. This IQC requirement is being solicited as unrestricted. NSN 4810-01-086-5757 is being solicited using Other than Full and Open Competition based on 10 U.S.C. 2304(c ) ( 1) - Available from only one or a limited number of sources. The solicitation will be available on or about May 01, 2013 at http://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Destination is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on the RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. All offers shall be in the English Language and in U.S dollars. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery and past performance as described in the solicitation.
