- UNICOR intends to enter into a one (1) base plus one (1) option year firm fixed price Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ), type contract for HARDWARE ITEMS for FCC Allenwood PA, FCI Forrest City AR, FCI Ashland KY, COLEMAN FL, SCHUYLKILL PA, MILAN MI, AND FLORENCE CO, and Terminal Island CA.. Solicitation number is FN1378-13 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal.. The contract minimum purchase requirement is $5000.00 The minimum delivery order quantity is $100.00 and the maximum delivery order quantity is $10,000 Delivery date requested is 10 days for all deliveries. This requirement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE REQUIREMENT. ONLY OFFERS FROM SMALL BUSINESSES WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on a MULTIPLE AWARD BASIS, which will represent the best overall value to the Government. Award Lots will be listed in detail in the solicitation document. Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, Federal Correctional Institution, PO Box 1500, White Deer, PA 17887, Attn: Tiffani Balestrini if submitting via US Postal Service or UNICOR, Route 15 2 Miles N. of Allenwood, Allenwood, PA, Attn: Tiffani Balestrini if submitting via FEDEX or UPS. Specific item specifications and quantities will be listed in solicitation. All offerors must complete the Business Management questionnaire in Section L of solicitation document with three references. References must be for same or similar items. All Offerors must complete the ACH form which can be found at www.unicor.gov For the ACH form click on business commercial opportunities, navigate to, procurement forms and click on ACH form and print. All interested companies must complete SAMS registration. Go to www.sam.gov to complete this registration.. Fax proposals are accepted at 352-330-8152, Attn: Tiffani Balestrini, the fax cover sheet shall reference the solicitation number and offer closing date and time. Original proposals must be provided within 2 days after closing date and time. All offerors must acknowledge all amendments if any. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror's whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: List in order of importance: Adherence to specifications, Green Qualities, ISO Certification, past performance and price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. The solicitation will be available on Fedbizops at www.fbo.gov at a later date. No copies of the solicitation will be mailed. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which will be considered.
