Description

This acquisition is being authorized under PR: 0049317514 for 169 EA of NSN: 2850-01-226-5825 (Hydraulic Oil Cooler). This item is AMC/AMSC coded as 3D with one approved source listed as Pneudraulics, Inc (06177) P/N: 81009-1. This acquisition will be solicited as Unrestricted using the procedures of Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Inspection/ Acceptance is at Destination, FOB is at Destination. Ship to stock location, 169 EA at New Cumberland, PA. Standard military packing and marking are required. Delivery is requested at 128 Days. The estimated solicitation open date is 5/31/13, with a tentative closing of 7/1/13. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
