Description: DESCRIPTION OF BPA: THE US GOVERNMENT IS SEEKING A PRICE LIST FOR RENTAL VEHICLES WITH DRIVERS FOR NIGER. The supplier shall furnish rental vehicles with driver, to be utilized in Niger, when requested by the Contracting Officer or by the individual authorized by the Contracting Officer to make purchases under this BPA. The effective date of this BPA is from date of pricing agreement through 30 September 2013, unless the BPA is sooner terminated by either party by written notification.
