State: WA City: Vancouver Delineated Area: E of I-5, N of Columbia River, along I-5 north to NW 269th St. Exit, as far east along the Columbia River to SE 192nd Ave N to SE 1st st., W to NE 162nd Ave., N along NE 162nd Ave. to NE Fourth Plain, W. along NE Fourth Plain to NE 137th Ave., N on NE 137th Ave., to NE 76th St.., W along NE 76 to NE 117th Ave., N on NE 117th Ave. to NE 119 St., W along NE 119th St. to NE 72nd Ave., to NE 139th St., W on NE 139th St. to NE 50th Ave., N along NE 50th Ave to general area of NE 160th, W to NE 29th Ave., N to NE 179th St. and W to I-5. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,907 Maximum Sq. Ft. Fire safety 2. Accessibility (ABAAS) 3. Seismic 4. Sustainability 5. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Expressions of interest must include the following information: · Building name and address and location of the available space within the building; · Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced; · ANSI/BOMA office area-(ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, (if any); · Date of space availability; · Building ownership information; · Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking, (if any); · Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; · List of building services provided The Government's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
