- The United States Government currently occupies 16,835 rsf of office and related-use space at 1150 South Green Street, Tupelo, MS under an expiring lease. The Government intends to negotiate an extension at this location with cancellation rights for the Government based on economics, mission and other factors. It has been determined that this lease action will result in less cost for the Federal Government considering economics, mission and other factors (including relocation costs). Firms who are interested in commenting regarding the Government's intent for award this project under Other than Full and Open Competition or in obtaining additional information regarding the above procurement should provide their written comments to Clyde Adams, Leasing Specialist, at clyde.adams@gsa.gov or to his attention at: General Services Administration, Leasing Division (4PR1C), 77 Forsyth Street SW, Suite 500, Atlanta, Georgia 30303-3458.
