- Building Link Statement of Work (SOW) Building Link II RFI (See Attachments) This notice is being issued by U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Region 5 as a Request for Information (RFI) to obtain industry feedback on a proposed requirement and serve as a sources sought. The information collected by this RFI will be used to facilitate the Government's drafting of the solicitation. This notice, for informational and planning purposes only, invites industry to review the following descriptions of the requirements (See Attachment 1, Statement of Work) in support of GSA, Public Building Service (PBS). These requirements may evolve, but are the Government's best representation at this time. All work is to be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, standards and policies; as well as the policies and procedures of the GSA. The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Office of Facilities Management and Services Program (FMSP), Smart and Sustainable Buildings Division (SSB) continues to implement the BuildingLink application throughout its portfolio of existing buildings in an effort to reduce GSA's impact on the natural environment, improve energy consumption and optimize the performance of its portfolio. BuildingLink provides Building Automation System (BAS) performance information to end users in order to reduce operating costs and energy consumption, while maximizing system life cycle and increasing customer satisfaction. This is accomplished by using time series data to perform analytics, fault detection and diagnostics.
